Obviously this means that most of the puzzles will require turning one's head to the side. Those with the greatest neck strength will survive.

Yeah, I was worried about getting a bad crick in my neck from leaning my head all the way over to the left. But then I had the brilliant idea of rotating my pager 180 degrees. Thus, I was able to lean my head all the way over to the right, so I didn't overtax the muscles on the other side of my neck.
