Some Dude named Danny asked on the BANG mailing list: has anyone played the 2-Tone Game lately? Anyone sure it's still working? After all, it's based on stuff in San Francisco, and is bound to corrode and decay eventually.

That reminded me—I was at one of the puzzle sites a couple of weeks back, and the [redacted] was covered by construction equipment. And I was all "Aw man, now I gotta [redacted] the [redacted] again to work around all this construction stuff." And I did that, but along the way, I stopped grumbling: The construction stuff led to a slightly better puzzle-piece than what had been there before. Now I wish that patch of construction would continue forever, though of course it won't. I should probably go back to check if it's still there.
