For example, this evening on the bus ride home, I saw some of the driver's documentation. Even better, this was meta-documentation. There was a sheet of instructions for maintaining a driver's log; there was another sheet of instructions about how to maintain a driver's daily log. So this was a documentation of the procedure by which the driver was to document his accomplishments.
I had plenty of time too look at these instruction sheets: the driver had attached them to the front window, where they kept the sun out of his eyes.
