I'm not a big Batman fan, but this isn't exactly a Batman comic. It's a crime comic, a police procedural. It's set in Gotham City, and the cops brush up against superheroes, supervillains, ... These cops have interesting stories. There's corruption, family drama, ... and the uncomfortable existence of being a cop in a world that needs super-powered vigilantes.
