Happy Labor Day. Last week, one of my ex-coworkers pointed out that I hadn't gotten around to updating my LinkedIn profile to reflect my new job. And I thought "Why would I update my profile on that piece-of-crap find-a-job site? For five years, it totally failed at helping me find a job." Although it's supposed to be the "professional" social network, I had more professional contact over Facebook and just, y'know, email. I'm still too lazy to update my profile there, so I deleted it.
