According to the user agent text "Bloglovin/1.0 (http://www.bloglovin.com; 1 subscribers)", this is a crawler robot from Bloglovin. Looking at the Bloglovin website, they're a feed reader service. If you follow a lot of blogs-and-other-feeds, Bloglovin lets you watch them all in one place, so you don't have to visit 500 sites a day. Sure enough, this hit was looking at my site's /new/atom.xml, the feed for this here blog.
I read a lot of blogs, so I use a feed reader, Newsblur. I used to use Google Reader, until Google shut it down recently. Strangely, if I look at the user-agent text for all the bots visiting that feed file, Google Reader's Feedfetcher still the most frequent visitor. Maybe they're using those feeds for something else (quickly find out about new pages, maybe)? Maybe it's tough to shut down without breaking other parts of Google? Anyhow. Here's the user-agent text of things hitting that file in the last day+:

I feel kinda bad only posting to this blog once every few days now that I see Feedfetcher and Bloglines are checking the feed more than once an hour. Oh well, that's their decision.
