And you might remember that in Japan, the GEOS trademark was held by GEOS, a school that taught English and other there-foreign languages.
That Japanese GEOS went bankrupt a few years back; some of their schools were bought up by a place called SprachCaffe. The resulting company is called SC-GEOS.
The name so nice, they (coincidentally) used it twice.
