BANG 33: Still smiling at the end

Why is this team smiling? Maybe because we did relatively well at the metapuzzle. Bruce and Yoyo had noticed the circle-symbols at the tops of the puzzles we'd received over the course of the day and had some ideas of how we'd use them. I thought to write their ideas down on a piece of paper to put in front of us as we solved so that we wouldn't forget about it and get ratholed. Alexandra set up the pipeline so we cranked out the data. And brave GC volunteer Francis(?) noticed that we'd done the puzzly bits and gently nudged us towards noticing how to order our puzzly data to get a message out of it. And then he took this photo of us.
