Operation Justice Unlimited: Fun With Chicken Wire: Puzzle Photos

When the chicken wire was twisted into a moebius band, that made a couple of pairs of colored beads align: each pair had one red bead and one blue bead. By each pair, there was a white bead with a mark. So this told us how to pair up the marks.
