England Plus Paris: Part 2: Enclosed courtyard with Assyrian statues

I knew that the Louvre had lots of renaissance paintings with exquisite interplay of light and shadow (a kind of painting that I've never been into). I didn't know that they also had antiquities. They had this great enclosed courtyard with some big Assyrian statues. (The lighting looks weird in this photo because it's really two poorly-stitched-together photos.) This presentation was nicer than that of the British Museum.
