England Plus Paris: Part 9: model sailboat

I liked this model of a sailboat from, I think, India.In my notes, I mention my amusement at finding an Indianboat called a "dinghi". Maybe this is a dinghi?But if "dinghi" came to mean "dinghy", then you wouldn'texpect sails. I don't know what this is.
