The most impressive thing I saw at Yellowstone, I didn't have my camera out. It was as we drove in the bus, on a scenic drive through mountains and trees. Then we came around a bend and in the distance, I saw steam rising up through trees. And then I realized the scale of Yellowstone. After that, I kept failing to capture that memory by photographing steam through trees. But I was always too close, and it never totally came together like that again.
