That gets a sympathetic chuckle from me. An early draft of a 2-Tone puzzle used a downtown parking meter as part of a puzzle. A playtest was during the holiday shopping season; the city put bags over the parking meters to indicate that parking was free; that part of that puzzle didn't work so great. In theory, someone designing a one-day event wouldn't really have to worry about such things… uhm, in theory.
