: New: Puzzle Hunts are Everywere, so Don't try to Think About Other Things

Working on the UI for the upcoming Ghost Patrol game, I took some little breaks. (Part of the UI is a little countdown timer that lets you know how long until the game starts—and eventually tells you info you need to get started. To test this out, I did some waiting, stared at a timer, took some breaks.) So I started a video going in another browser tab, an author talk by Robin Sloan about Mister Penumbra's 24-Hour Bookstore. And I'm sitting there taking some time to think about something that's not puzzlehunts. But then of course pretty soon I'm hearing a question from an audience member in this talk, and it's puzzlehuntist Deanna Rubin. Of course. Couldn't not-think about puzzlehunts for 20 minutes. Because they're everywhere. Well, the players, anyhow.
