My latest innovation in recipes for the easily distracted: the latke bowl. Are you tired of carefully flipping over your latkes, making sure they don't splash oil on your stove? Ugh, that requires too much focus. So don't flip your latkes; just stir them and serve the resulting substance in a bowl.
Recipe: pretty much the same as your regular recipe for latkes, but just dump everything into a pot and cook it up instead of forming discrete pancakes. Also: use a lot less oil; you can't drain the oil from this mass as you can from separate pancakes.
