Walking back to my apartment, contemplating/dreading the steep hill, I was surprised: why was there a giant hexagon up there?

Once I got up there, I saw this mysterious "hexagon" was a rather-tall cement-pumping crane-truck thingy. Like that other crane recently in the steep-steep Hill Point cul-de-sac a couple of weeks back, this crane was up on blocks. No doubt it's embarrassing when a hill's slope is so extreme that a crane can't point at the correct angle to deliver cement up to the roof. Blocks can help with that, I bet.
