Elementary School of Fish: Impeach Taft 4 Languages: Stage III

This clue involved philosophers ordering hot dogs. Siddharta ordered one with everything. The BART lady said we might want to solve this at Top Dog, but there were no other teams there--and this clue didn't actually use information from Top Dog. Still, I like Top Dog, so I ordered dogs while Brian and Dwight solved.

It was a top dog for Brian. Dwight had the no-bun top dog. It was Passover, so he didn't want any leavened bread. He'd brought along some matzo to eat in the van. (I'd suggested that we should hide some matzo along the way, like in a Seder--but that seemed like a waste of matzo.) A "wienie" veggie dog for me, and... we had a solution to the puzzle. Five philosophers, each of which did or did-not have each of four condiments on a hot dog. That looked like four five-bit values, which we could map to a four letter word... sure enough. The PDA told us to head over to the Eucalyptus Grove on the U.C. Berkeley campus.

Apparently, the fourth hallowed language was Binary.
