There was something compelling about this stark gray building marked Databank. I wasn't the only one who thought so. This guy clambered up onto a tilty bit of the building so that he could slither behind one of those columns. Maybe the building looks so solid because it used to be a Federal Reserve Building. At least, it has an ornament on it that says 11-K, which is the appropriate district for a Fed building in Dallas.
