When I walked past Games of Berkeley, they were pushing those Refriger-writer things, with a big sign announcing that April is National Poetry Month.

Why a Poetry month? Why not a week or a day? It's so hard to find a rhyme for "month". Or a good rhyme for "April," for that matter. I thought about this a while, then sent mail:

You say that April
is National Poetry Month
This must be a jape! Real-
ly, do you take me for a dunth?
