The dahlias by the San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers are doing OK. (To my untrained eye, they're doing great. Then again, there's an official opening for the dahlias-on-the-hillside today at noon. And I thought that patch of dahlias was already looking great last year. But I guess the dahlia experts thought it wasn't yet worthy of an official opening. So maybe don't trust my untrained eye. Anyhow.)
