- Book Report: Beautiful Trouble In which I advise approaching a collection of political action techniques with at least the caution you'd use when reading, say, The Anarchist's Cookbook
- If you like puzzles and/or beer & are free this Tuesday evening, maybe you want to do Puzzled Pint… In which I encouraged folks to attend the Amper&and-themed Puzzled Pint whose puzzles are now available for your amusement.
- There's a special exhibit at San Francisco's deYoung Museum with works by Charles Sheeler and other Precisionist folks. In which i confusingly blog about a painting that wasn't on exhibit, but that blog post had a nice picture, which might explain why lots of people clicked through. Anyhow.
(I thought it might be nice to post something like this annually, giving occasional visitors a way to "catch up" on the blog. Now that Facebook can no longer import blog posts, folks who follow me on Facebook don't normally see my blog posts. I'm too lazy to hand-copy all of my blog posts over to Facebook… But once a year, I could hand-copy a "best of" blog post. Anyhow, I'm trying that today. And I can try that again next year, uhm, if I remember? Ironically, these especially-popular blog posts are all from the time period when Facebook was still importing blog posts, so…nothing new for anyone. Now that you've all stopped reading, I can leave a reminder for myself: the popular-post finding script is called findpop.py. Don't forget.)
